Hickory Trail is a wood framed senior living community in Iowa City, Iowa. This 130,000 square foot structure has one, two, and three story spaces, including 120 apartments. Commons spaces connect the assisted living wings to the memory care wings, as well as the indoors to outdoors. A second story covered roof deck with a unique roof structure and two sided fireplace overlooks adjacent Hickory Hill Park and gives residents a sheltered space to enjoy fresh air with a view.
