CedarStone is a wood framed structure with a lofty lobby leading to shared open spaces including a vaulted ceiling dining room, lounge beneath skylights, and outdoor dining patio. Steel framing helps to carry portions of the 28ft tall lobby walls and overlooking balcony. On one side of these common spaces, three wings of three-story wood construction include 88 assisted living apartments and a third floor outdoor roof deck. The opposite side houses 32 memory care apartments in a single-story wood structure surrounding a courtyard.
